"I had a wonderful stay in Casa Gioconda. It is beautifully decorated and the location is perfect for exploring Gaeta. My days started with terrific options for breakfast and lovely conversations with Letizia and Amanda. Letizia and Amanda are both so kind and helpful with recommendations and getting my ridiculously heavy luggage up the stairs. "The directions to the place were very informative and I would not have found it without the video. I found the staircase inside the property to be a little precarious. It had sharp turns and no handrails. It feels like it was not yet finished being constructed. There is a kitchen and there were coffee and burners but no cups larger than espresso cups and no pans. "Das Haus ist sehr alt. In den Zimmern ist Schimmel an den Wänden, die sogar schon auf den Matratzen überging. Matratzen waren alle dreckig obwohl der Vermieter meinte die wurden alles erst gereinigt !!!. Fenster und Türen lassen sich nicht richtig schließen. Es ist sehr unsicher und kalt gewesen, so kalt das wir alle Krank wurden. Keine anständige Heizmöglichkeiten. Ständiger Stromausfall wenn zwei Geräte benutzt wurden. Duschen konnte man nur mit Tropfwasser mehr kam aus der Brause nicht raus....

"Took us long time to find the place walking in circles with luggage as there is no sign with this name on the gate! Please fix this! Otherwise lovely apartment close walk to beach, restaurants, old town lovely. We loved Sperlonga and enjoyed use of beach club lounge chairs on the lawn area. "
