The house is very luxurious and accurately refined in all the rooms with autenthic Sicilan colors and materials (Sicily in my imaginary was just like the colours of this house, the ceramic tiles, the stone walls). "Photo was misleading. It had the house right by the water it was not. It said AC, no AC, but fans did work, somehow. A little investment in getting rid of the ants in the kitchen by spraying and indoor portable AC would make this place a top billing for couples and or family Alberto was a great host. Need to provide info on house in writing. No need to guess. Things like garbage, wi-fi info, other aspects close to perfect. Host is new, so he did an outstanding job."

"Villa is architecturally beautiful. Didn’t need to use the air conditioning. View was amazing and outdoor areas lovely. Only downfall was the pool, we tended to call it the paddling trough. Small and shallow, not pleasing at all. Previous tenants had broken the lock on one of the sliding doors. Never replaced while we were there so had to lock valuables in the bedroom every time we went out."

"On arrival we were greeted with a pile of rubbish from previous guest which due to the rubish system took a full week to clear. Property was in poor repair with paint and paper pealing, owner appears to be in the middle of upgrades but had not finished things off prior to our arrival. Pool was dirty on our arrival. Kitchen poorly equipped missing essential items that had been advitsed were missing plus utensile and crocckery was dirty. Water was cold 80%of the time. No welcome information...

"The house is fantastic, the landlord is a very nice person. He welcomed us the first day together with his wife and kindly explained us all the details of the house and of the pool. We really relaxed for three weeks, never had a problem, just enjoyed the vacation."

"Crazy beautiful villa - especially the outside space which is just gorgeous. Mauro and Enzo are on hand to help with everything from booking a hire car to playing doctor (my daughter got stung by something!). The place is really well stocked with crockery/glasses etc too. Only negative is that the hotel next door plays loud (and awful) music all evening. Didn’t bother us, but if you want peace and quiet this would spoil it."

"My husband and I finished our Sicilian experience in Partanna. This house was in an ideal locations to visit Western Sicily. It is near the highway for easy access and very private. We enjoyed meeting the owners and were very grateful for their generous welcome basket. We really liked the pace of Western Sicily and this area and house truly capture the Sicily we imagined, Mille Grazie!!"

"Everything about our stay was perfect. The warm welcome on our arrival, the condition of the house, pool and gardens and the location. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The villa is a fantastic place for a family/friends stay, lots of space, shade from the sun and all the facilities within 15 minutes drive. Cannot recommend it enough."
