"If you come here for a view, you will not get disappointed. Whoever designed this property, did an excellent job. If you come here for peace and quiet, don’t count on it. 5* experience it was not for sure in terms of staff, the only ones I would like to praise are the filipino waiting staff at the buffet services. I was refused a bottle of still water on the last day of our stay even though had 2 more hours till check out.. tried to explain I need to take meds but the receptionist Klaudia kept...

"Nice hotel, unfortunately there is a lot of noise in the rooms, you can hear the others room bathrooms and staff cleaning since 6-7am. The indoor swimming pool is an open to the public water park with lot of people and kids. The saunas are good but there is loud music and very spa. Staff was really nice and they gave us an upgrade as soon as we arrived. There’s no outdoor swimming pool which is not nice for the summer. "

"Pool and spa area was great. Our room was a little small for a family of five. We reserved a double room but ended up with two twin beds and three temporary pull out beds. "The apartment is very comfortable, having all amenities someone may need. Very nice interior design, comfortable bed and sofa, nice dining area. The only minus that I would like to share is the communication with the host. When we arrived we were not sure we will be able to check-in (the office was closed and nobody was picking up the call on the phone number provided - Polish robot machine). Same situation for the check-out. Despite the communication, the apartment deserves 5 stars! "
