Staff are friendly and helpful, along with their extremely cute dog and playful cat. Also love their food and drink, the welcome wine and sweet are of really good quality. Not to mention their locally made toiletries and their soft Egyptian cotton bedding. Simply put, they value providing authentic and quality products and services over generic cost-saving options."
