"This property was very nice and clean and the view was amazing. But if you are just in Trieste overnight to catch a cruise you would be better staying in Trieste as this place is 20-30 minutes away from cruise port. Also the train drop off is a 20 minute walk down steep hill and stairs to get to hotel. There were no cabs in sight. The bus stop is a 10 minute walk away. A cab to terminal costs about 30 euros. "Nice location for dining - few blocks to very nice restaurants. A few flights of stairs to the room may make it difficult for some travelers. A little walk to the main square, but not too far. Breakfast was very nice the first morning, but less served the second morning, although adequate. Overall, a nice stay and enjoyed Trieste. "
