"The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. So if there’s more than one person staying and someone left and the other stayed, the other was locked in basically. "Great location and very nice staff. There is also kids club and the entertainers were amazing. There are plenty of opportunities for hiking and sightseeing. Mosel is also close by. The bar was great and so the restaurant. They serve some great local wines. Breakfast was exquisite. There is also swimming pool, open from early to very late. Mini golf and a wonderful playground for kids. "
