"We were 5 in our group looking for inexpensive option to relax while waiting for 12:01 am flight to Manila after Ha Long bay cruise which ended noon time. Booked 2 clean family rooms which cost us $90. Couldn't been happier as we were able to rest and shoot pool and shower before our very early flight. Too cold to use the pool at roof top in late March but very nice view of airport tarmac from rooftop. Cost us $23 to hire a 16 seater van to take us to HAN. Highly recommended this place for...

"Bedsheets were not changed. Don't auto refill the stuff in the fridge. No Bathmats. Once service taken, you will be charged. Even though that service is a normal part of any hotels process. Food restaurants doesn't have marks to differentiate between vegetarian/ Non vegetarian. Looks like they are just they're for pulling out the money out of customer's pocket. "

"連泊して、シャワーがよくなかったので、部屋をバスタブ付きにアップグレードしたのだが、風呂に栓がない。湯がシャワーから出ない。バスマットもない。 部屋にゴミ箱がない。トイレに一個だけ。 この内容で何のためにアップグレードをしたのかわからない。 結局風呂は、使えなかった。 変えた部屋も、シャワーの水圧がほぼない。チョロチョロ出てるだけ。 これでスター付きはありえない。 朝食も最悪。 ジュースは普通のアップルオレンジとかがなく、スイカと変なお茶のみ。 明らかにガラガラの会場に、冷え切った目玉焼きの量。せめてもと、別の焼き方で頼んだが、これを食えと。。もはや意味不明。 他のホテルに泊まるなり、実際に部屋に泊まるなりしたほうがよいのではないか。と感じるくらいクオリティが低い。"
