"The Custom House has a fab location in Padstow. The staff and their service is amazing. The rooms could do with a refurb and there are quite a few steps steps to the rooms. "

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming pub, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The room was cozy and well considered, providing a perfect blend of comfort and rustic charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. "Great find, extensive car park, very comfortable room with everything you need and a lovely touch was a decanter with a little sherry in for a pre dinner tipple. Food was good with an extensive menu and friendly helpful staff. All in all a great 2 night stay in this lovely hotel. Ideally situated for Eden project visit, would definitely recommend."

"Very clean unit, all the amenities were there as promised. Our original unit was damaged just before our arrival, the property manager shifted us to a new unit in time for our arrival. No hiccups and no lost time on our vacation, super service!"

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
