"This was a stunning property in a stunning area of real, non-touristy Italy. The villa was furnished in a traditional rustic style and was comfortable and well equipped. The outside . area was particularly inviting with lots of space to eat and a pool to die for. My 4 grandchildren, aged between 2 and 6, had to be dragged away from it! The countryside Is beautiful with the backdrop of the Dolomites and Venice was an easy train ride away from Conegliano station which has free parking. We visited...

"What a beautiful Villa and property! This was our home base for day trips north to the Dolomites. There was plenty of space for us. The weather was very hot when we were there, 33° and higher. We had air conditioning in the attic bedroom. Air conditioning in the first floor bedrooms would have been ideal for our other guests."

"Everything about the house was as advertised. The hosts live on the property, and were very responsive to anything we needed. We were staying in Dolo so that we could visit with family so the location was fine. You are about 30 minutes to Venice by car. If we have any reason to go back, we would definitely stay here again."

"Everything was great! Easy access to Venice through tram (~10min interval, 20-30min ride) and close to the airport. We were very impressed about the upkeeping of the place, clean and charming. Parking was easy right in front of the house on the closed alley. Michela was very kind and beyond helpful, and it's great that she lives nearby (if you need her for any reason). All in all, a great stay!"

"Beautiful spacious villa, it was immaculate inside and it had everything you will likely need in the kitchen. The place is very glamourous and it is even larger than it appears in the photos. The location is excellent and you have amenities nearby plus you're at the foot of the alps. The host was very friendly and couldn't do more to help. I'd certainly recommended this place for families looking for a quiet getaway."

"Jacopo Marcello and his family were so welcoming and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and well kept. Jacopo and family were so kind and went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and our stay was personalized (a few examples: he decorated with balloons for our daughter's birthday, he provided us with vegetables from the garden, and purchased a toaster when we mentioned we liked toast at breakfast). We enjoyed touring the property and were astounded by the history....

"Villa was as described with beautiful pool and grounds. Area quiet and tranquil but within east travel distance to tourist areas. Villa well equipped with hairdryers, towels, pool towels and soap as well as inflatable toys for pool. We really enjoyed our stay"

"The "Pink House" is a large welcoming house in San Pietro de Felletto. Surrounded by prosecco vineyards, it is quiet and comfortable. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms so you never feel crowded. The pool provides welcome relief when the weather heats up. The owners are gracious and attentive, and invited us (and some of our guests) to a happy hour in their garden with spritzes, sausages, breads and laughter. When we arrived at the new location the sheets had TONS of stains all over them that were disgusting. "Perfect for large groups - superb pool. Excellent friendly hosts. Only downside was occasional road noise at night from boy racers but that wouldn’t stop me going back."
