Having a master bedroom upstairs for us and then the king bedroom and twin downstairs worked perfectly for us. Location in Cornwall allows access to everywhere"

"This is a beautiful property which is a perfect base to explore beaches and areas around padstow. The accommodation was very clean and contained everything needed for our stay. Beautiful views and outdoor area. Lovely touches such as milk in the fridge and tasty biscuits on arrival. Atlantic taxi company was very welcome for getting in and out of Padstow (avoiding busy parking). Rick Steins cornish arms pub is within walking distance. "While the outside scenery of the property was beautiful the host was not helpful at all. In addition, I was asked to pay a security deposit amount prior to my visit, which I happily paid. But she kept it unfairly because she said she found a stain in the duvet! I am not sure what stain requires £50 to be washed. Even a new duvet cover doesn’t require £50! "Really lovely find, lovely property, very clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again. Only issue was trying to find the 'central area' to drop off our rubbish, only bin we could find was behind some barriers, so had to leave it outside the property. Maybe a map of the area in the property folder would be handy. Thank you!"

"Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
