"It was very cold in the room in the first night, I spoke with the person from the reception the next day and I explained that it was very cold in the room and I couldn't take a shower. He tried to lie to me like in Germany heat starts only if it is below 10 ° degrees and only 3 times a day the heat starts at night that was 6 ° :) :) :) and the next day they bring me an electric heater ... I don't think it's very ok to stay 3 days with an electric radiator at the hotel .. otherwise everything...
