Welcome to Countryside Escape!

This newly constructed 3 bedroom/2-bathroom home is located in a private and quiet neighborhood. Enjoy access to a Living room with a sleeper sofa and a full kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker as well as dishes and utensils. Washer/dryer included. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Three Smart TVs are located throughout the home for your leisure enjoyment. Internet is available, though it can be temperamental and weather-dependent in this area. For those who enjoy outdoor leisure enjoyment, there is a charcoal grill with a table and seating area.

Great location for outdoor enthusiasts. Endless activities await the adventure seeker and nature lovers including mountain biking, paddle boarding on the TN River, hang gliding, caving, hiking, and state park explorations. Please take a look below at a few of our recommendations out of the many places we deem worth visiting. Access to Cloudland State Park, DeSoto State Park, Sand Rock AL, Ascalon Mountain biking, Raccoon Mountain, TN river, and Chickamauga Battlefield. Easy self-check-in process to accommodate various arrival times.

Quiet place to get away
We were helping with a wedding at Blackberry Ridge Wedding Venue. The house was close to the venue (10 min away) and located in a quiet area. It was great to walk in the door to a relaxing home after a busy night working the wedding. It was clean and had everything we needed. The VRBO site/app was not always cooperating but the host was always quick to respond to my questions. Would definitely recommend to others.

Cozy home away from all the city noise
Our stay was great. We were close to all the area attractions without being in the city or having a long drive into the city. We could drive to any destination within 30 minutes of the home. Beds were comfy, house was very clean, and the area was so quiet. The house is also so convenient to several locations for hiking, which we loved. Coming back to a quiet cozy home after hiking all day was fantastic. The yard is very spacious and great for the kids to run around and burn off some pent up energy. Our family will definitely be staying here again when we are back in the area.

The house is relatively new and in great condition. Spacious and very clean. Checking in/out is very easy and the host is responsive to texts. The house has everything you will need. Although, could use a few more towels for bathrooms. We will visit again next year when we are back in the area.

Great place bad interaction.
Place was great. Had an issue with coming out I. The morning and having an unknown vehicke backed into the driveway while taking out trash. Vehicle pulled out as I round corner with rash bags. Contacted just and got the run around. Kept asking if person was still there. My wife and family did not feel secure not getting answers so we checked and early and went back home (12 hour drive). All we got from host was a sorry. Never should have been anyone else at the house without us having prior knowledge and to blow it off was not very professional. Don’t know how long they were there or why. FRUSTRATING.

This house was exactly what we needed. Our daughter got married at the Venue at the Bluffs and this was a 5 minute drive. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The host was quick to respond to all questions. We would stay here again.

Super clean and comfortable
House was spotless and well maintained. The only things I can say that are not completely positive are that there weren’t enough pots or skillets. There were 7 of us staying and only one small skillet to cook eggs. We made do though. Also, the Wi-Fi is kind of weak, but again there were 7 of us and we were all trying to share the same bandwidth.

Great Stay!
Great experience and location! Close to all Chattanooga attractions and more. Enjoyed hiking at Cloudland State Park and Prentice Cooper Wildlife Mgmt area, Ruby Falls, Sunset Rock and the Tennessee aquarium. Nice to save some money and have breakfast and some dinners at the rental home. The beds were awesome! Very comfortable! The area was nice and quiet! We enjoyed our 6 night stay!

Just what we needed...
We had a lovely stay at the Countryside Escape. There was everything that we needed for our weekend stay and any questions or issues that came up were immediately addressed. It is a quiet little neighborhood area and all felt safe and secure. The location was just what we wanted...close to the town of Trenton without being amidst any hustle and bustle. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area in the future.

A wonderful getaway
We (me, husband, 11 year old and 9 year old) had a great time at this beautiful house and exploring nearby Cloudland Canyon. It was just the weekend getaway we needed. The house is beautiful, clean, comfortable and in a good location. The owner checks in and is very responsive. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Excellent! Would Definitely stay again!
This property was outstanding, it was perfect for our family. We stay on properties often and I was super happy with the kitchen in this one, they had everything we needed to beable to cook meals, they also had enough towels for everyone that was staying. Bed were comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. We had a small issue with ants but that is typical of the area and it was taken care of super fast! We also locked ourselves out of the property late in the evening and they had someone their within about 20 minutes to get us in and all set up! Over all this property is perfect! Thank you so much!

Good stay
We had a good time. Hose was very new and clean. The only thing I would recommend is to put a hand rail on the bathtub. Old folks like us have a hard time getting out of that tub and it did not have a mat. Could be slippery .

This was a beautiful spacious home. It was in a quiet area not far from town. The home was very clean and had everything you needed. The owners kept in contact to make sure we didn’t need anything or had any questions. We were very happy with this property.

All The Comforts of Home
We had a very nice stay at this home on Sand Mountain. It is a little bit of a drive to Lookout Mountain and the attractions we were interested in seeing, but not too bad. The listing says 4 bedrooms but it only has 3. It was very clean & everything looked newly renovated. We would highly recommend it! :)

All the comforts of home
The property was spacious, clean, well decorated and fully equipped. We were very pleased with the house upon entering. We are a family of color so I was very leary/cautious driving to the place seeing multiple confederate flags but we didn't have any issues during our stay. There's a huge back yard where the boys were able to run and play and at night they were able to see firefly's for the first time. It was nice to be able to cook a family meal and all sit down at the table and eat. The kitchen is fully equipped including spices! The beds were very comfortable. The couches and TV in the living room were perfect for family movie night. We really enjoyed the master suite, there is a door the leads to the back patio with a cute table and 2 chairs perfect for the hubs and I to get some quiet time to talk and enjoy views. There were 3 wall mounted TV's 2 in the bed rooms and 1 in the living room. It was great to be able to wash all of our clothes and pack before leaving. This house had all the comforts of home. The property was about 30 mind from Chattanooga and all the activities we had planned. The only negative was the communication with the owner. I had to reach out for check in instructions because I never received them and it was after check in time. We did however receive the instructions before we arrived(we got there at 11pm) . I had to reach out again the morning of check out because I never received check out instructions. I reached out around 6am and didn't receive a response till about 10:30 am, after we had already left. There also were quite a few spiders and insects we encountered inside of the house which are to be expected based on the location of the house. (Not really a big deal for us) **One thing to be aware of... our phone's time kept changing back and forth from Eastern to Central time so make sure you have a watch or look and the time on the microwave. Overall it was a great property and we enjoyed our trip and would be back.

We enjoyed our stay in this new and clean home. Everything we needed with tvs in every room. Comfortable mattresses and plenty of hot water. Appreciated the washer and dryer and detergent left for our use. :)
