"We stayed at this beautiful condo while we were in town for our 2 children’s swim meet. This condo was exactly as described with plenty of room for my husband, I and the two kids. Very quick drive to Miami University and uptown Oxford. The host was extremely responsive in his communications and even went above and above with a situation that was not even required of him. I highly recommend this rental. I know we plan to stay here for future swim meets!"

"We were in town for a soccer tournament at the Voice of America complex. This rental was close by and so much better than staying at a hotel. With a full kitchen, cozy living room, office space, 2 bedrooms & baths, it was perfect. Our teenager loved the decor & enjoyed the record player."

"I did not like that I was told on the day of arrival that I would be sharing a two bedroom one bath with another tenant. All my information, including my receipt , stated I was renting the entire property. When I called to get the lock box code I was told I was sharing the unit. I had booked this reservation a year in advance and there was no communication that it was a shared unit. I had the unit booked for graduation weekend and there was no other reservations available in the area. "

"We arrived on our bicycles after a warm day of traveling from Cincinnati. The accomodations were clean, comfortable and well appointed. Communication with the host was excellent. "

"Great place we would definitely stay again. Only complaint would be if you plan on using the air mattress it is located in a closet (office) which would be difficult to use for adults but great if you have children with you. There is plenty of space for the mattress in the living room. "
