The house in Tremosine has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 7 people (max. 6 adults).The 90 m² accommodation is comfortable and fully equipped.Casa del Borgo Maria Luisa is an independent house located in the center of the Pieve district in the municipality of Tremosine sul Garda, considered one of the 100 most beautiful villages in Italy.Situated in the historic center of the village, nearby you can find restaurants, supermarkets, bars, cafés, bakeries, banks, and tourist information offices.Additionally, just a few steps away is the famous Tremosine Thrill Terrace, regarded as one of the places with the most spectacular views of the lake.In the Pieve village, there is very little traffic, especially at night.The house has been recently fully renovated, and all the windows are new and soundproof.It is located 50 meters from the "La Botega" supermarket, 50 meters from, 7 km from the "Spiaggia di Campione del Garda", 19 km from the "Golf Bogliaco" golf course, and is situated in a charming area in the urban center.It features internet access (wifi), a hairdryer, central heating, 1 television, and satellite TV (language: German).The American-style kitchen, with gas, is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and citrus juicer.We inform our dear guests that our agency manages the rental of apartments or vacation homes. As required by law, we do not provide any hotel services. The essential supplies we provide in our accommodations include: check-in service from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, final cleaning, bed and bath linens, and the first supply of toilet paper. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, unseren Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung in Italien zu verbringen und können sie wärmstens empfehlen. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die wir brauchten. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, was es uns ermöglichte, einige Mahlzeiten selbst zuzubereiten und die lokale Küche zu genießen. Die Lage der Wohnung war ideal – in einer ruhigen Gegend, aber dennoch in der Nähe aller wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Annehmlichkeiten. Wir konnten die charmanten Gassen und die atemberaubende Landschaft erkunden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft jedem, der nach einem erholsamen und komfortablen Urlaub in Italien sucht, nur empfehlen.

Gemütliches, sauberes Häuschen in idyllischen Dorf

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus ist schön eingerichtet mit genügend Platz für uns zu 4. Das zweite Badezimmer mussten wir erst suchen, letztendlich wurden wir im Untergeschoss fündig. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit kleinem Mangel

Vorab die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und Sauber, die Lage ist wirklich im Zentrum des Dorfs und alles was man braucht ist in unter 5 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Selbst für eine Abkühlung am Pool ist gesorgt, da hier direkt einer vor der Tür ist. Das Tagesticket kostet 10€ und das Essen ist auch sehr fein. Zu den kleinen Mängeln -Die zwei einzel betten könnten etwas bequemer sein -Leider ist es Nachts doch teilweise sehr laut, durch vorbeifahrende Motorräder oder der kleinen Bar die direkt vor der Tür steht und in der gerne mal bis 1 Uhr Nachts diskutiert wird Wer eine saubere, moderne, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung sucht kommt hier voll auf seine kosten

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit recht guter Lage.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Bars, Restaurants und Geschäfte in direkte Nähe. Abgelegen vom eigentlichen Tourismus (Sehr gut). Freundlicher Empfang von Ottavio. Unterkunft befindet sich direkt an der Hauptstraße. Zum Glück ist die Hauptstraße nicht stark befahren. Die Hauptstraße hat ein knick mit einer starken Steigung und um die Hauptstraße hoch zu kommen muss eben viel Gas gegeben werden und dadurch entsteht ein wenig aber erträglicher Lärm. Im Grunde genommen nichts. Mir persönlich hat alles gefallen. Ich würde die Unterkunft wieder buchen.
