The apartment is an 11-minute walk from Lake Como, the closest restaurant, as well as the lakeshore park Teresio Olivelli. At an 8-minute drive from the rental, is the famous Villa del Balbianello and the fashionable Lido di Lenno. The holiday home is about a 20-minute walk to the antiquated gardens and museum of the charming Villa Carlotta.

The Passenger and Car Ferry at Cadenabbia to the golden triangle towns of Bellagio and Varenna is just a 5-minute car ride away, while the hiking trails in Menaggio are reached within an 11-minute’s drive from here. The apartment is approximately a 1 hour 15 minutes drive to the closest international airport, that is the Milan Malpensa Airport.
