"Five hours prior to our check in time our stay was cancelled by the host. The host had no knowledge of our booking until I inquired about access to the property on our arrival. I was then informed by the host that the accommodation was already occupied and I should not have been able to book it. Why did the host not know of our booking? Three disappointed children."

"A luxury lodge with attention to detail and done to the highest standards. Great location to explore Tenby and surrounding attractions. Quick and easy to access property and management on hand when we experienced an issue with the patio door locks. Will highly recommend it!"

"We stayed for 5 days at this beautiful lodge, and it had everything you could hope for. The lodge itself is stunning, well maintained and gave a truly luxurious base for exploring the area. The hot tub was a huge hit, and was a god send during the February cold winds and rain. Location wise, it is a short 3 minute walk to the closest pub and bakery (I highly recommend the curry night on a Thursday). The walk to Tenby along the coastal path was also very pleasant, and provides access to the...

"From the minute you open the door it exceeded our expectations, the caravan had everything we needed and more, the distance from the clubhouse was perfect, not to close for the noise yet not to far to walk. "We had a wonderful time. Cwmllan feels back in time in the best way. Some reviewers seemed critical of the water pressure from the spring-fed water system but this didn't bother us much at all. It's a place to go slower, not to be rushing around! Lovely neighbours and beautiful surroundings. Wonderful choice of walks and a good old-school DVD collection for cosy rainy nights in. Highly recommended. "
