Cosy apartment with exceptional sea view

In the heart of the Côte de Granit Rose, cosy 2-person apartment with exceptional 180-degree sea view. It is divided into 2 main rooms: - an entrance hall with large closet, a fully equipped kitchen/living/dining room - a bedroom with queen-size bed and large closet- a bathroom with washing machine - a separate toilet. The plus of this apartment: a large 18 m2 terrace with a direct view of the Grève Blanche, equipped with all necessary outdoor furniture.
Close to the center, numerous activities (Forum de la mer, sailing center 50 meters away...) are possible, including numerous hikes starting from the apartment (chemin des douaniers from la Grève Blanche). There is a box (outside the appartment) for your leisure equipment (bikes, surfboards, etc.).
During your stay, internet access is free, as are most foreign channels on the TV.
Rentals are by the week or two from April to October.
Water and electricity consumption will be billed extra according to consumption (0.35 per KW for electricity and 6.2 per M3 for water).

Well equipped apartment with amazing sea view
This apartment was clean, attractive and was well equipped. Despite the cold April weather the flat was warm (although electricity is an additional cost as stated). The view from the room and balcony is directly over the beach with it’s pink granite boulders - amazing in all weathers. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The apartment has its own alllocated place on the car park which is very useful. Location: Coastal walk straight from apartment. Very nice restaurant very close by. Easy walk to the small town with mini supermarket, patisseries etc. Had a wonderful week and would like to return sometime.

Appartement confortable avec une vue magnifique.
Situé dans une station balnéaire familiale et à échelle humaine cet appartement nous a séduit par sa vue magnifique appréciable aussi bien de la terrasse que de l'intérieur. Il est confortable et bien équipé. La résidence est plutôt calme. On recommande vivement. Un grand merci à la propriétaire.

La vue magnifique correspond bien à l’annonce ,par contre la terrasse exposée plein nord ne permet pas de manger sur la terrasse le midi pas plus que les bains de soleil.

Vue sublime. Emplacement idéal. Nous nous sommes ressourcer. Le beau temps n'était pas au rdv mais cela ne nous a pas empêcher d'aller visiter les environs et de faire de petites randonnées chaque jour. L'appartement était parfaitement propre et avec tout le nécessaire. Merci pour la petite attention à notre arrivée.

Une vue magnifique
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement confortable, propre, bien équipé et doté d’une très belle vue dégagée sur la mer et les rochers qu’on ne se lasse pas d’admirer depuis la terrasse ou le canapé comme si nous avions les pieds dans l’eau. De belles balades à proximité nous ont permis de découvrir La côte de Granit Rose qui est splendide. Nous ne pouvons faire que des éloges et recommander cet appartement.

Appartement de charme : toujours au top
Pour nous, c'était déjà la 3ème fois que nous occupions ce très bel appartement , après nos séjours de l'été 2014 et 2015. Sept et huit ans plus tard, nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaits du lieu : excellent confort, grande propreté, situation idéale en face de la plage, très bon accueil reçu (par la propriétaire elle-même cette fois), etc. Sur place, l'on dispose côté cuisine de tout ce qu'il faut, et rien ne manque. En prime, nous avons eu le soleil. Merci aussi à Mme Claire Bocquier de la délicate attention à notre arrivée : un pot de confiture, une baquette et des crêpes offertes ! En deux mots, nous sommes prêts à revenir au même endroit à l'avenir. (Yves et Catherine Leterme-Maes)

Tolle Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage
Die Lage ist absolut top, am schönsten Strand von Trégastel, baden auch bei Ebbe möglich, der Blick auf die Bucht mit den Felsen einfach traumhaft - vom riesigen Balkon oder durch die großen Panoramafenster. Das einzige Manko, der Balkon geht nach Norden und so hat man einige Stunden keine Sonne (Mitte August). Im Frühjahr und Herbst dann noch weniger. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen sehr geräumig und bestens ausgestattet. Das Bett fanden wir sehr bequem und es gibt genug Schränke und Stauraum. Ohne Französisch-Kenntnisse unsererseits war die Wohnungsübergabe etwas abenteuerlich, hat aber auch funktioniert. Strom und Wasser zahlt man nach Verbrauch, das waren bei uns für zwei Wochen ca. 35 €. Im Haus gibt es einen Aufzug (praktisch für das Gepäck) und ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Das Apartment direkt neben der Wohnung war nicht vermietet und auch auf den anderen Balkonen waren selten einmal Leute, so dass wir genug Privatsphäre hatten. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
