"A last min booking for new years eve! I booked a family room for myself , Hubby and 7 year old son. The day arrived and the weather forecast was awful and nearly stopped our visit however after prompt, helpful communication from Regan we decided to try and brave the travel. After a lovely visit to the Copper mines we headed to the Coach house (less than 10 min drive) . At the property, we recieved a very warm welcome from the member of staff who showed us to our room. "Sue and Mark were perfect hosts. The appartment suited us pefectly. A great view and close enough to pubs and restsurants lf required. We enjoyed buying locally and cokking our meals in the well appointed kitchen area. Our 10 nights flew by."

"My brother and i stayed here for the weekend. We were greeted warmly by the staff here, he was a really friendly and helpful person. The room was small but cosy. The location is second to none, a 10 minute walk to the centre of Llanberis. We had pizza here the 2nd evening and it was sublime. We also had a chance to meet the owner aswell, and she was lovely too. A really amazing place to stay."

"Beautifully set out and accessible too, which was important for us as a first trip away after my partner suffered a stroke. The host was available to answer questions and also allowed us to leave at our leisure which made such a difference when showering/dressing needs extra time. Garden was a beautiful spot for breakfast in the November sun."
