Overlooking the charming little port of Locquémeau and close to the classified site Dourven, the house and its large garden enjoy a splendid view of sea and island Milliau Trébeurden. The sandy beach of Notigou is accessible by foot 5 minutes.
The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, open space dining room and a sitting area with fireplace. A veranda facing the garden and the sea complete this relaxing. The ground floor also includes a bedroom with a bed 2 people and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The floor consists of a small mezzanine, 2 bedrooms each with a bed 160x200, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and WC independent. All rooms have stunning sea views.
The large fenced garden is ideal for children's games that you can watch and admire the sea view comfortably in the veranda.
Guests can take tours of the feet from the house on the many coastal paths that line the coast. Digestive walk, including Dourven site, hiking on the GR 34, there is something for everyone.
You can also walk to bike, indulge in recreational water always in an authentic Breton and relaxing atmosphere.
Notigou beach is within walking distance in just 10 minutes. You can swim but also do all kinds of discoveries in the rocks, kids love!
Locquémeau and its picturesque fishing port is located 10 km from Lannion 20 km from Perros Guirec and pink granite coast. The house is near the town and its shops: bakery, grocery, newsagent, hairdresser, fish shop, restaurants, cafes, post office, doctor. In summer an organic market is held one day a week.
