"Beautiful decorated clean modern rooms with an amazing view over the vineyards. We were pleased with both the evening meal and breakfast - with lots of amazing vegan food. We are definitely planning on coming back in summer because the terrace looks amazing and we would love to see the view again when everything is green!"

"Our hosts were wonderful and very helpful. They even offered to pick us up from the train station. The room was clean functional with a good shower. The European style breakfast was excellent. The location was quiet and yet, only 30 seconds walk from the main street with shops and the Christmas markets. Would highly recommend. "

"Was so quiet we could not believe it . And there was a full moon . Good to get away from it all Staff delightful . Slow internet so enjoy the peacefulness. Great breakfast! Had a shower head malfunction but we fixed ourselves. Would have liked a few more signs on road to get there. Not all rooms have kitchen or Cabnets . Need to let owner know if can’t do stairs .( 4 people master in loft with attic stairs )"

"I stayed here on a holiday with my wife. We both enjoyed it very much as we got to relax with a spectacular view as well as the great service comes from the team. "We liked the serenity of the place. The room was big & the bed comfortable. Breakfast was very pleasing. Staff were lovely. The only thing we did not like was the very loud squeaky floorboards when you get up through the night to go to the bathroom."

Ingrid took extra time to find times for local tours we were interested in and looked up and printed out the details for our train out of town. As other reviewers have noted, breakfast is fantastic and the room was comfortable. We would definitely stay with them again if we were in the area."

"Excellent hotel. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Amenities such as small kitchen, sauna and small pool were great. Location in the heart of Wiesbaden was also a bonus. Staff were available and friendly. Definitely recommend and will stay again."

"The Houseboat Villa Nautica is not for everyone. My wife and I are 70 and enjoy staying in unique accommodations such as the tented camps in Kenya. We are self-sufficient and are comfortable living out of our two carry-on bags. We own property in the Rocky Mountains in Canada and love having our morning coffee on our deck watching the wildlife that call this part of the world home. A truly special place

"Absolutely gorgeous location - really spectacular! Everything was first rate. The restaurant was superb, we had dinner there twice and both meals were fantastic. We totally loved afternoon tea. The view from the veranda while drinking a nice glass of Riesling was just beautiful. And don't miss the museum next door - very interesting with some lovely views over the river. Unfortunately, our room was very plain, it could have done with a few pictures on the walls or some more TLC but that is a minor complaint when compared to how excellent everything else was. "
