The apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet and charming independent villa on the slopes of Vesuvius and just 1 km from the sea: a strategic geographical position that allows you to easily reach the main tourist locations, thanks to the very short distance (150 m.) from the Circumvesuviana station, a continuous train service that in a few minutes will take you to Pompeii (5 min.), Herculaneum (15 min.), Naples (25 min.), Sorrento (40 min.).
Furthermore, the structure is close to the Torre Annunziata Nord toll booth of the A1 Naples/Salerno (800 metres), an ideal starting point for those headed by car towards the Amalfi coast (Amalfi, Positano, Ravello) and the Sorrento coast; therefore it is an optimal solution that allows you to plan many interesting itineraries to follow during your stay.
The house consists of:
- three bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom with the possibility of adding a single bed, another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the possibility of adding a single bed and the other with two single beds;
- a comfortable bathroom complete with toilet, bidet, sink, shower cubicle and washing machine;
- a large living room which leads to a garden terrace furnished with table, chairs and umbrella where it is possible to have meals;
- the fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine with pods.
The apartment can accommodate four to eight people, with easy parking along the road in front of the villa.
In front of the structure you can also take advantage of a convenient, well-stocked minimarket.

Great place close to Pompei
Excellent place to stay close to Pompei. Host was fantastic to deal with, very friendly and super helpful. The property was clean and well kept. Only a short walk to the train to get to pompei or sorrento. Guisseppe recommended a great restaurant as well, and Silvio and Tina made us a very delicious breakfast treat of chocolate and vanilla cream filled croissants which on their own make this a 10 star stay!. Overall the place was fantastic and we would highly recommend it.

We stayed 4 nights and the location was great for accessing Pompei, Vesuvius and the train station to either Napoli or Sorrento. Giuseppe was a pleasure to deal with and answered all of our numerous questions. Fantastic outdoor sitting area. We would definitely recommend this property and location.

This was a great place! It was clean and spacious and Guiseppe was very kind and helpful! We came to see the ruins and climb Mount Vesuvius. Both are super close to this VRBO.

This is a wonderful friendly city to stay in. The people are very friendly and welcoming. Loved the.
This property is close to the train station. The manager actually picked us up. The Bakery is close by and the small grocery store is just steps away.The people are very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay!
It’s a very good location, near Pompeii on the train line, in a somewhat quiet neighborhood steps from the Trecase train stop which is a suburb of Naples (about 30 minutes from the center of Naples). The place is perfect for a family, is in great shape and the family is very welcoming. It is on a busy street so keep that in mind. We had a great stay and a buon Natale!

Amazing hospitality
Silvio, Tina and Giuseppe welcomed us in their lovely home. It was spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome and helped us find our way around, even dropping us off and picking us up at a train station for an excursion. Since we didn’t have a car, Giuseppe drove my daughter and granddaughters to a McDonald’s one evening! Of all the VRBO places we have stayed at, this one had the best hosts ever. We can’t thank them enough to have made our stay in Italy so amazing.

We thoroughly enjoyed the place and Tina is awesome! I know she indicated that she did not speak much English but she was so nice and great. I really appreciate Tina and Silvo sharing their holiday home with us. It was very close to the railway station which was true to description of having access to other areas such as Sorrento, Pompeii, and Naples.

Villa Ella is a comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed it there. The hosts took care of any problems immediately. Dishes, pans, pots are provided. Silvio drove us to the Naples airport for an additional charge (we appreciated it!).

We have just stayed at Villa Ella and the stay was most enjoyable. It was just a short walk from the railway station which made it convenient to get to from Naples and an easy trip to Pompeii and Sorrento. Giuseppe was very polite and helpful. Silvio was happy to answer any questions. A lovely place.

Exceptional!
I just can’t fault the accommodation or the delightful hosts. The apartment is spacious, well-appointed and clean. The location near Trecase train station is perfect, making it easy to travel to Sorrento, Naples and the archaeological sites. The area is peaceful and non-touristy, but with shops and restaurants within easy reach. It's within walking distance of Oplontis, which is wonderful. Giuseppe was amazing, he met us from the airport on the first evening, took us to a restaurant and fetched us back afterwards, he was ready to help with anything, very kind indeed. We didn't meet Tina but Silvio was charming, and they sent over delicious breakfast treats twice during the week - way beyond what could reasonably be expected. They had also left a very thoughtful selection of food items for us on arrival so we had plenty for breakfast the next day and to. keep us going until we could get to the shops. We've stayed in a few nice holiday apartments but the hospitality on this occasion was the best! The train journeys to beautiful Sorrento, amazing Pompeii and Herculaneum were easy and the prices astoundingly low. All in all a wonderful stay. Thank you so much, Giuseppe, Silvio and Tina.

Good location
Six days in a large house with room enough for our family of five. The garden is a wonderful oasis in a city with little outdoor space. The location is great: close to the station and easy public transport to Naples, Pompeji or Sorrento. Parking spots are difficult to find in the Naples area, but we could easily park our rented car on the street right around the corner. The kitchen needs a few sharp knives and som other minor things, but all in all: It a very nice place.

Beautiful stay in Trecase
We were a family of 7, two teens and adults. The villa was as advertised and very clean. The garden terrace is beautiful, cool in the evenings and spacious. I was concerned about staying in Naples with my group, and this was the perfect answer. Travel on the local train (Circumvesuvia) is easy, and got us to Naples for day visits and Pompeii without any problems. The owners were very accommodating with the check in process. All and all a beautiful stay. You do have to be careful when you leave the property as the front gate is right on a busy street.

We are not city folk, but it was a quiet refuge
The apartment is lovely, the hosts are extremely gracious and helpful. I did not realize how big of a city Naples is, and that Trecase is also very much a part of the urban area. That was hard for us to get used to, as we live on a farm and previously have traveled in more rural areas. That said, as we explored our surroundings, we became even more appreciative of what an unusually nice place Villa Ella is. The garden is like an oasis in a concrete desert. I would definitely recommend.

Perfect house at a very fair rate.
They had a very nice well stocked welcome packet. Very secure gated property. Supplied all soaps etc that you could want. The grounds are so beautiful. Wi-Fi worked which wasn’t the case with other places we stayed. Super sweet family, comfortable beds. A large apartment. A lot of storage. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. I would love to stay again. We also came in around 10 pm which some places didn’t allow. Down the street was a very friendly cafe with Antonio as a gracious host. We really felt welcomed at several places in town.

Air-conditioner wasn't working and no offer to fix. Not much within walking distance. Could use some explanations in English. Parking isn't great. Not sure but we felt that owner came in when we were out and turned off outdoor light we left on. The place itself was great for two couples.

Good base for exploring the area
The property is very clean and situated in a convenient location for the train station as it is only a 10 minute walk away. Although we had a car with us we only used it to go food shopping as it was far easier to use the train. Parking is an issue as you have to park on the street next to the property and if you cannot park close by it can be a trek with your shopping. We found the train perfect for getting to Sorrento, Pompeii and Naples and it is really cheap. We have to thank our hosts for this as we would have tried to drive which we really wouldn't advise. The garden is lovely for relaxing in but it is overlooked by neighbouring properties although this didn't cause us any issues.

Stayed here with my family for about a week. The owners were very kind and meet us to show us their home. They were quick to answer any questions and help with anything needed. The beds were comfortable. We did have to ask for the remotes for the air conditioning unit, but they were very quick to bring them to us. We mainly used them at night so we could close the windows from the street noise. The owner has a beautiful garden all around the property that is gated in. Street parking is on a fairly busy road, most of the time we could park easily, but one day we parked further down the road and weren't sure if it was allowed, so we moved it closer when a space became open. The wifi is ok. Some times it worked really well and other times it was slow. The home has 2 rentals I believe downstairs so you can hear your neighbors, but they do ask you to be quiet from 10pm to 9am. Our 2nd neighbors were a bit loud, but we used a noise machine and it was fine.

5 dagen in Pompeii en omgeving.
Groot appartement op de beneden etage met twee grote slaapkamers en twee grote badkamers met douche. Grote tuin met overdekt terras. Op loopafstand van de stad en het treinstation. Fijne ontvangst met goede uitleg over de restaurants in de buurt. Parkeerplaats op de straat naast de woning. Alles was schoon. Nadeel was het verkeer van auto's en scooters die door de straat reden al hard rijdend en of claxonnerend.

Un séjour inoubliable
Nous avons passé un très bon moment à Trecase dans la maison de Tina, Silvio e Giuseppe. La maison est parfaitement entretenue, très propre, et est dotée de tout le nécessaire pour votre séjour. Les pièces sont spacieuses et la terasse est juste extra ! La maison est à 5 minutes à pied de la gare qui vous conduit à Naples, Sorrente, Pompei, Herculanum... Il y a un petit magasin à 300 mètres, des boulangeries et restaurants vraiment sympa à moins de 15 minutes de marche (demandez conseils à Silvio !) Si nous avons autant apprécié notre escale à Trecase, c'est aussi grâce à la gentillesse des hôtes qui nous ont accueillis. Nous nous sommes senties comme à la maison. Que ce soit l'accueil, les conseils, les petites attentions, les bonnes adresses et bons plans... Tout était parfait ! Encore merci à vous !
