Fantastic host who is there when needed and very attentive while always respecting his guests’ privacy. "We had a fabulous stay, from the time of our arrival where we were given a very warm welcome and comprehensive tour of the house and all its amenities, to our departure, when Pedro Javier very kindly arranged to take members of our group to the train station in El Puerto de Santa Maria, and on the Seville airport, without charge! "A fabulous family beach vacation in Matalascanas! The home is very spacious with several outdoor patios and/or open air dining areas by simply opening up the sliding doors. The home is right on the beach w/ a very private and secured entrance onto the boardwalk that takes you in less than 5-10 minutes walking to bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, and the local supermarket. "It is an old property and needs an update. it was built in the 1600s. however, it seems like the intent was to create an "old time Spain" effect. It's not completed, still has construction for the courtyard. The manager was helpful, very kind, and always responded to our requests. The cafe offered a nice breakfast and was nicely presented. The room was clean, but offered no amenities like soap, shampoo, paper towels or coffee, water in the kitchen. The wi-fi and air conditioner worked well, but...
