"We enjoyed our stay, the location was prefect for easy journeys to the coast and further afield to explore. We had very warm weather and the house stayed cool at all times, thankfully. We really enjoyed Jurgon les Lac, and so did our dog who loved swimming in the lake."

"Owner was very helpful and nice. Property was spotless. However one of the main reasons for us booking this property was the availability of the swimming pool as advertised. The Owner advised us prior to arriving that it wasn't available and that a 'lido' was available in the nearest town without further explanation. Due to the timing this left us without an option to book somewhere else."

"What a beautiful place this is. The cottage itself is very clean and nicely decorated. The rooms are spacious and beds super comfy. The garden with decking and pool area is stunning for entertaining the kids and adults - especially with Ronnie the duck chasing pigeons! Adele and Andy were wonderful hosts who are always on hand for any queries you have and know the local area well. "Nice property, clean and tidy - we enjoyed our stay, but if I was the host and lived next door I would be anxious to welcome my guest not make them wait for 20 minutes on arrival. I would learn a few words of welcome in my guests language and to explain workings of equipment. "We had a lovely stay at this traditional old Stone property. The bedrooms were very comfortable but only one toilet upstairs meant going to the loo in the night wasn’t easy. Also the bathrooms only had hand held showers in the baths which wasn’t ideal. The housekeeper that met us was very friendly and helpful and explained everything very clearly. "It was a traditional french cottage and was a little basic and lighting was a bit poor at night. But as the weather was good we were outside a lot with the dog and the garden is great. Everything worked in the house but internet reception is quite poor unless you go to the garage.Had not realised we would be opposite other guests in a bigger place but that was no problem and made it interesting. "The swimming pool is the centre piece of this complex, it’s even better than it looks in the photos. We often had the pool to ourselves. The pool has a security code on the door making it very safe with children. Our gite had a lovely terrace and also a small garden which the children enjoyed. "The cottage is extremely well equipped, cosy and comfortable with a wonderful welcome pack on arrival. The grounds are superbly maintained with plenty of different seating areas in order to make the most of the weather. The cottage is at the end of lane, so no passing vehicles, if you need peace and quiet, this is a haven of tranquility. Hope to return later in the year"
