No WIFI for entire week & it's rugby world cup! Empty kitchen soap and no cloths/scrubbers, Managers got cleaners in on the second day, couldn't get WIFI whole stay even after this had been offered. lots of cupboards and drawers...

"The property was great in terms of its location to the town centre and the beautiful views of the lake and mountains. However, there was a clear lack of care towards the cleanliness and general maintenance of the property. The second floor ensuite toilet leaked and we needed to mop the floor 3-4 times a day. "Very unprofessional with the way this property is advertised. There are major roadworks going on right outsdethe front door. There is no footpath anymore and a giant ditch dug into the middle of the road. There also isn't any off-street parking or any roadside parking. But they don't inform you of any of this until 6 days beforehand. The roadworks has been going on for over a year. They also don't release the addres of the property until the last minute either. I guess so that you can't check it...

"We loved our stay at “the Boathouse”! Absolutely stunning area, with snow capped mountain views and super close to a bunch of winery’s and a close drive to Arrowtown. Fireplace was perfect, beautiful gardens and so very peaceful. Wishing we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the gorgeous outdoor bath that we sadly didn’t get to try out. "Great apartment, had everything we needed for our ski vacation. It was clean. You can use a hot pool, which was great for the kids. Short drive up to Cardrona skifield, 2 Minutes walk to Cardrona Hotel for dinner or to the small store for coffee and snacks. Heating in every room was working well and large laundry space to hang up gear. Would book again for ski trip. "

"We rented a suite. It was a bit on the small side, but had everything we needed. We even had a washer and dryer (free) that we were able to access right outside our door. We were about a ten minute drive to downtown Queenstown. Be sure to take the gondola up the mountain for a beautiful view of the city. If you are adventurous ride the luge down the mountainside.
