Excellent property. Beautifully built and decorated. Kitchen has everything. Hosts were very responsive and kind. Hot tub was hot and clean. About a 15 minute drive from downtown Traverse. Loved it!

We had the best time staying at Dave and Anne's property! Every detail about the home and grounds was perfect, they went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! Everyone loved the pickleball court, hot tub and the wooded experience. Total luxury!!

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING
Stunning brand new BEAUTIFUL home. Very well thought out floor plan! It’s big and modern but somehow you still feel like home. 3 Master Bedrooms with huge beautiful en-suite baths with huge open walk in showers with lights! Marble counters! Comfy beds and bedding. The Great room with its soaring ceilings and the very cool “up lights” in ceiling are again showing that the owner really pays attention to details. The kitchen is beautiful with a huge granite island. AND the stove is a 6 burner! All the gadgets, dishes, pans, containers etc you could ever need. An abundance of great towels from kitchen to baths. They definitely didn’t cheap out on anything. The out side hot tub was all ready to go. We picked up the top and were super surprised to see the steam come out from the lighted rumbling water. An amazing grill with everything you need. A fire pit and tons of chairs. Also, they even thought of individual wrapped kindling to start your fire. They even kept the huge pines trees all around the property. You’d have to see it! You feel like you’re own 30 acre property however EVERYTHING is a about 15 minutes away. Like Front St. in Traverse city. The communication with the owner directly was not only refreshing but we were well informed and always in a timely manner. We can’t wait to go back and hope that they build more we can visit. I hardly ever write reviews. These amazing people deserve it for all thoughtful work they’ve put in this home. You’ve got to see it to believe.
