Great for small family or 2 couples, or just one couple wanting room to roam. 4 adults max although we could make room for an extra small child.

Major remodel completed 2018. High end features, not your usual vacation rental in this area. 1200 sq ft semi open floor plan with 2 car attached garage. Everything brand new including all appliances, fixtures, furniture, beds, bedding etc. 2BR, 1 & 1/2 bath. Some vintage pieces to add character.

Close enough to downtown TC (approx 4 miles north) and very convenient to explore all the great things Leelanau County has to offer.

Central air. New electrical, plumbing and mechanicals for your safety and comfort.

Spectrum cable internet (100 Mbps free wifi). Hulu Live, Disney +, Max, Netflix, and Prime as wells as Amazon Music included. 49 inch Samsung Series 8 smart TV.

2 similar sized bedrooms (approx 12 x 14 and 10 x 15 ). Front bedroom has nice view of bay, back bedroom partial view.

1 decent sized spa-like bath (6 x 10) with oversized tub/shower combo. 2 vessel sinks on 6 ft mid-century cabinet with quartz top. Small but really cool half bath added as well carved out of preexisting closet space.

Stunning unobstructed view of West Bay across the street, but without any real access to the water. No significant beach.

Large mostly private back yard with new large concrete patio, grill and fire pit. Teak table and chairs with umbrella. Sunny in the afternoon but shaded after 5 or 6 by large mature trees on hillside in back.

More serene hammock spot in at the back of the property in a nice myrtle patch amongst the trees with a little view of the bay.

Full size washer and dryer were left in the basement to preserve living space upstairs. Basement drywalled, partially finished but still needs work. Basement is oddly accessed from inside garage. Ping pong table in basement.

Please note that we are now being regulated by local government and we must comply to maintain our license to operate .... so you must also. It's easy. Basically, don't disturb the neighbors. No events or parties. No RVs, tents, campers. If you invite guests they must leave during quiet hours. 10 pm - 8 am weekdays, 11 pm weekends.

Perfect for a girls weekend
Great location to do the Old Mission and Leelanau Wine Trails. Amazing views of the sunrise on West Bay. This house is spotless! The only house I have ever rented where you can park your car in the garage.

The house was cute and super clean. My two favorite things were that it was meticulously maintained abd there were two equivalent size bedrooms. Since I was travelling with a friend it's always nice when both bedrooms are nice. Host was super communicative and have a little welcome note that was so sweet. Only complaint is that house is on a pretty busy street and it was hard to identify house especially in the dark would love to see light up numbers or like a wooden spinner in yard or something so keep your eyes glued to the gps and be ready to turn in at a seconds notice!

Most Awesome Home in Traverse City
If I could give this home 100 stars - I would!! The home was absolutely perfect!! The check-in process was super easy. When we arrived - the house was spotless. The house is very well equipped with everything you need. It has a fire pit and a grill. There is even ping pong in the basement. The house is so well decorated - I think we spent the 1st hour walking around looking at all the decor!!! Tammy was an awesome host and extremely quick to respond. Everything was perfect!! We are recommending it to all our friends!! Highly highly recommend!! Thank you Tammy for the best stay we have ever had in TC. We will be back!!!

Another wonderful stay
This is the third year in a row that we have stayed at one of Tammy's houses during our annual trip to Traverse City, and it was a great experience again. The house is nicely appointed with mid-century modern decor, and has everything you need for a great stay. We enjoyed the fire pit, and hanging out on the adirondack chairs in the front yard looking out at the bay. Tammy is very helpful when needed, and I highly recommend her properties as a home base for your trip to the Traverse City area.

Best little getaway
We could not have found a better place! Though it's true you cannot easily access the beach that is just right across the street, this house is so conveniently located with plenty of access points within a couple minutes drive. Perfectly central location for visiting traverse city, northport, and sleeping bear dunes. The house itself is so cute and clean! The basement is not pictured, but it's mostly finished with a ping pong table and other fun games. Tammy, the host, is so thoughtful and is easy to reach should you need anything (though odds are you won't because she's thought of every detail already)! This was our first little family vaca with our 18month old and every thoughtful touch, making it as smooth as possible, did not go unnoticed! We will definitely be staying here each trip to come. Thanks so much for sharing your home!

Peaceful, home nearby both traverse city and suttons bay!
Had a lovely time at this home with my wife and two friends in town for a wedding. It is only a few miles from traverse city (away from the wild tourism that sometimes overwhelms the are), and also close to suttons bay. Quite a perfect location! It was very cute and clean and has a beautiful and private backyard with a fire pit (complete with good firewood!) to relax in after a day of exploring the city, wineries, or local beaches. Highly recommend!

A slice of heaven
The vibe in this home is cozy perfection. Everything you could want and more. Such attention to detail and beautifully decorated. The hosts want you to have the ultimate vacation experience and have bend over backwards to make sure you do. Fantastic Birthday Getaway
I took my wife on a birthday getaway and stayed at the lovely BayView Brick. The house was perfect for our stay, visiting some of the vineyards in Leelanau. The accommodations were fantastic! It had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The house was very clean and tidy. The backyard was immaculate and great for a nice breakfast on the patio. We really liked sitting by the fireplace enjoying the great view of West Bay while having a glass of the birthday gift left in the fridge. Tammy is a terrific host! Staying here was a real treat. Simply Amazing!
This is the perfect AirBnB! The house was immaculately clean. The little breakfast area when you walk into the home is just the beginning! Nice big kitchen, spacious living room with a gorgeous fireplace. Beautiful view of the bay. The full bath is beautifully decorated too! The shower/tub are amazing. The two bedrooms are also very spacious. The back yard is a great space for entertaining or just to sit and enjoy the quiet. Fall Visit
We loved staying at this property! The home is welcoming and incredibly clean. The rooms are generously sized, well stocked, comfortable and beautifully staged. As it was late fall, we did not make use of the outside amenities - but they were beautiful as well. We did enjoy the added and unexpected bonus of the ping pong table in the basement. This home could not have been more perfect!

Another great stay at this property!
We have stayed here 3 or 4 times before and find it an ideal place to spend some time in the TC area. This is a ranch house that at some point not long ago was redone into a nice 2 bedroom place. It is across M22 from the Bay, but nothing is in the way of seeing the bay. It's a very comfortable well equipped place. They have thought of pretty much everything a short term renter might need. Tammy (one of the owners) lives nearby and communicates well. The price is fair. We will return!
