Weekend Getaway with a View
Great spot for a couple! Wonderful view of Grand Traverse Bay without even getting up from the comfortable king sized bed! Having a balcony was nice too. Property manager responded quickly when the WiFi code didn’t work.

Great couples condo for a long weekend.
Drove up from Indiana, great condo location for our first time to Traverse city. It was overall very clean, well maintained and equipped for our needs, even the condo employees were onsite to help, kept pool clean and graded/raked the beach daily. Perhaps I overlooked it but do note, no elevator… stairs only. Only long term suggestion for the owner, remove the dated jacuzzi and install a larger walk in shower.

Ac didn't work and the shower didn't work right
OK, well, I must say I'm less than impressed with the room . The shower is very touchy. It is either boiling hot or cold. 2nd, the ac never really got cold it was bearable, and i would turn on and off constantly. It would shut off and beep than turn right back on making for a person that is a lite sleeper horrible. The owner said she was going to have someone look at it. And she said when i called "the last person that rented it had a problem with the A/C" and ill have someone come look at it But that never happened. We were just left to deal with it. But its in a nice location and it was clean. Right on the beach

Nice remodeled unit with a great view
This was a birthday getaway. The unit was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a short stay. If we had any questions we did need to call as they don’t answer messages through VRBO. But they did answer promptly. One suggestion would be to sweep the balcony. Other than that it was a nice place to stay and near the wineries, town, casino and restaurants. The pool looked nice and the water was warm

We loved the location and view from the balcony. The beach below is great and the pool was excellent. The staff was very attentive. They worked well to keep the beach clean. The condo was as advertised. AC worked well. The place was as advertised.

Lovely Stay
For our first time staying in Traverse City this is one lovely place. The views were great from our room! The description of the room was just as advertised and the jetted tub was amazing. The only thing that was not working on our stay was the AC, it got pretty hot outside but it was pretty much the last day we were there. Overall would definitely rent again!

I brought my family (including wife, 11y/o, and 9y/o with me to Traverse City for my work trip. This was a good location, right on the water, and near the downtown attraction. The checkin and checkout processes could not have been easier. The pool was fun for the boys. The property was quite in need of some cleaning, including stairwells full of large spider webs, and fruit flies throughout the unit we rented. Otherwise it was clean and as advertised. Coffee from the front office was pretty good.

Decent place except for...
When we arrived we wanted to have a glass of wine. I pulled the glasses out and they were FILTHY!!! All of them looked like they had been handled with greasy, dirty hands and put back into the cabinet. Gross. I contacted the manager because there wasn't even a dishcloth (only 1 dish towel) and no paper towels so I had to wash them with a bath wash cloth. She said she was going to contact her housekeeper to bring me a dish cloth but I never heard another peep from either of them. Not a huge deal but it started our 2 day stay on the wrong foot! Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and the room was fine.

Great condo & great location
We enjoyed the beach and pool. The condo was extremely nice - just like the photos. I would suggest putting the WiFi password somewhere in the room with clear instructions.
