- Smoking is prohibited inside the premises. A penalty of $1000 will be charged for violating this rule.
- No parties (Quiet hours 10 pm-7 am, be respectful of neighbors).
- Please strip all used linens and leave towels to dry.
- No loud music or events after 11 PM.
- Do not clean kitchen utensils and cooking equipment with harsh chemicals such as bleach or chlorine.
- Do not leave lights on unattended.
- Do not leave the AC on.
- We do not offer daily maid service.
- To avoid inconvenience to our housekeepers and cover laundry expenses, please ensure that you provide the accurate number of guests. A $50 additional guest fee per guest will be auto-charged if guests aren't listed.
