Close to the heart of the energy that makes this city vibe, a 5-minute drive (7 minute bike ride) will take you into downtown Traverse City. This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condo is perfect for a couples getaway or for a group of 4 with our queen-size pull-out mattress. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals. Relax after a long day of exploring or beach going in our comfy living room. You could enjoy a local glass of cabernet or indulge in a cherry vodka and lemonade while lounging on the outdoor balcony. Just a short drive away from all of the local vineyards and distilleries you will have no shortage of options.
How about a cup of coffee or tea? This property features our signature fully stocked coffee bar offering a selection of brew, teas, flavored creamers and what’s coffee without Milano cookies or biscotti.
We are also proud to feature local artisanal soaps from Lake Soap Company with the sweet smell of their most popular scent, Traverse City Cherry.
Are you here to explore the outdoors? Our building is located right on the TARTS bike trail. The 10.5 mile long Traverse Area Recreation Trail (TART) is a paved urban transportation and recreation trail. Don’t forget to make a pit stop at the Filling Station Microbrewery, right off the trail and less than one mile from the condo.

This property was perfect for our weekend stay in Traverse City. The area was nice and quiet and was close to all the things we needed. The coffee bar was a much appreciated amenity! We had to communicate with the property manager for a small issue and had a very prompt reply. We would certainly stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay! Loved the decor, coffee/tea bar for morning caffeine, and location on the TART trail! Brick Wheels was where we rented bikes for the week and Daily Grind provided some fancy coffees & teas after our rides around Boardman Lake and to Downtown!! Thank you!

Holiday Getaway
My wife and I decided to travel to Traverse City for the holiday weekend for four nights. It was a pleasure to work with April, and she made the reservation and check-in process smooth. April also provided several suggestions for the holiday weekend, which we appreciated. The condo was very comfortable and was perfect for the November getaway. Whether we cooked in, or dined out, it was a perfect launching point to everything. Weather permitting, it is also a nice walk to the downtown area. Many thanks for helping make our holiday weekend such a wonderful getaway!

NYE Weekend of Fun
Absolutely loved the condo! The little touches like the coffee/tea bar were excellent! Top notch cleaning and amenities! We had dinner at Trattoria Stella followed by drinks at The Low Bar - all a very short distance away (we chose Lyft for transportation). The second day we visited Mission Point wineries and had dinner at Jolly Pumpkin. All around a great trip and the condo was an awesome spot for relaxing and staying in for NYE! The kitchen had all we needed for dinner & drinks and we even found some games at the common area!

Very nice and newer condo but some suggestions. Little space for clothes. Could use some shelves in the closet area. TV was complicated to use. Maybe some directions. Toilet handle was difficult to flush. And the coffee bar could have used some tea bags for the electric tea pot. Otherwise, it was very nice!!!

This condo was exceptionally clean, very nicely furnished and great location. It was nice being right by the TART trail for early morning walks. We found it to be more comfortable and quiet than a hotel room.
