"We got to the hotel late. When we got to our room, it was in terrible condition. The toilet and bathroom wall was literally covered in sh! . When I showed the picture to the guy at the front desk, he was very apologetic. I would have left, be we found out there were absolutely zero rooms anywhere around Gaylord for 50 miles, that's why we ended up here. The carpets were filthy, dead bugs/wasps in the windows. Run from this place. If i hadn't had kids with me, i would have slept in my car."

"We loved being right on the beach, hearing the waves and watching the sunrises and sunsets. Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. You get many breakfast options and it is delivered to your room at a time you choose. The staff is so kind and helpful! "
