It comfortably sleeps up to 6 and boasts a private rooftop deck with city and water views. High-speed internet, a dedicated workspace, and modern amenities are included to make your stay convenient and memorable!

Located in the heart of downtown; steps away from North Peak Brewing Company and Lake Michigan! Walkable to beaches and everything downtown!

This private townhome is 4 levels tall and contains 3 sets of stairs.

You'll enter on the ground level through a private garage. To access the main level (living room, dining area, kitchen, full bathroom, and laundry room), you'll immediately climb one set of stairs. Go up another set of stairs to access the two bedrooms and another full bathroom. The private rooftop deck is accessible from a spiral staircase.

One parking space is provided in the private garage. The space can easily accommodate small- to mid-sized vehicles, but may not fit larger vehicles such as SUVs or trucks: The dimensions are 8'6" wide x 17'6" long. One garage door opener will be provided for use during your stay. If you have questions about parking, please reach out and I'll be happy to assist!

Very comfortable and well-appointed townhome.
We enjoyed the convenience and comfort and Steph was very responsive to any questions. The welcome gifts were a lovely and appreciated surprise. Highly recommend (lots of stairs so might prove challenging for someone with mobility issues.)

Amazing Stay!!
My friends and I went up for a girls weekend. We had a fabulous time! Pictures are completely accurate, the place was meticulously cleaned and well stocked. Fantastic location, within walking distance to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! We stayed for an extended weekend celebrating a birthday. We cooked on the grill and enjoyed the outdoor firepit and it was amazing!! Everything was as described in the ad but it seemed even better than that to me. The property is so close to downtown shopping and fun places to eat and drink. Fun-filled days and relaxing evenings!! Amazing Oasis
What an amazing haven to relax and enjoy. Every detail of this condo is thought out- rooftop deck has a fire pit, grill, table and chairs with views. Bathrooms are all fully stocked. Bedding is of the highest quality. Kitchen has great cookware, coffee and supplies. Highly recommend!!

Great stay for 3 nights in Traverse City!
Stayed at Steph’s condo for the weekend. It was perfect for 2 couples! Clean, modern and cozy! Spent 2 days just walking around the town, and Modern Bird just a block away was our favorite restaurant. Wedding was Saturday night and we secured a local driver, Ricky who was great as well. We flew from Chicago and it was so easy that we wanna come back.

Girls Weekend
Steph was very accommodating and responsive as we were making our plans for our trip to TC. The condo is clean and as shown . We were within walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. This is not a negative, but if you have difficulty with stairs this is not the place for you. There is a flight of stairs to get to the main living space and then an additional flight of stairs to get to the bedrooms. To venture out on the patio requires another staircase.

Fantastic Girls Weekend!
We had the most fantastic time in Traverse City and this property was the perfect home base. It is a beautiful and spotless space perfect for breakfast in and game nights. So many fantastic things to see n the area and many fun venues within easy walking distance. Beds were super comfortable. Stephanie was very welcoming and communicated just the right amount.
