Enjoy beautiful downtown Traverse City in this super cute, second-floor condo that sleeps six. Located just a couple of blocks from West Grand Traverse Bay and downtown Traverse City, this condo is close to everything.

The main floor of this two-level condo is bright and open concept with a living/dining area and a full bathroom. There is a balcony off the dining area. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and another full bathroom. One of the queen bedrooms has a private balcony.

This is a great location to enjoy everything in Traverse City. Walk to the downtown area for great local shopping or dining. Enjoy the National Cherry Festival, Traverse City Film Festival, and the West Grand Traverse Bay beaches. F&M Park is just across the street with a great playground and an ice rink in the winter.

Perfect Traverse City condo
6 adults stayed here for a girls weekend and the condo was just as great as advertised. Close enough to walk to Front St. shopping and dining. Layout is perfect and we were very comfortable. Only thing missing is chairs on the deck to enjoy being outdoors and take in the partial bay view. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a great location for everything we wanted to do in downtown TC. The property was clean and well maintained. Parking was adequate to accommodate all three couples in our group which was great. We were allowed early check in as well.

We spend a week in Traverse City every summer. This was our first time staying in this unit and we were very happy with our experience. As soon as we walked in, we noticed how clean the condo was. The bedrooms and kitchen were all thoughtfully furnished and the smart tv was a nice added bonus. We were able to walk downtown and to the beach multiple times throughout the week. My kids enjoyed the park across the street, as well. We look forward to renting this condo again in the future!

Convenient
I loved the location. There is a park across the street to take the kiddos. There is a crosswalk with a safe way to get to the beach. Everything is within walking distance. No stressing about finding a parking space. Could see the air show and fireworks from the balcony. Could hear the music from the concerts, a little muffled but still. Nice view of the bay. Would recommend this place. We saved a lot of money preparing most meals at the condo.

Accommodations for 6 were great- but a 6th seat in the living room would have been good-location was great close to everything in TC. Would be good to have check out@11…since we needed to empty the dishwasher/ stock …made for a hand wash in the AM. All loved it and would come again.

Very clean
We were very happy with our stay. It was cozy yet roomy for our 2 couples. Great distance to all the wineries and in the middle. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and breweries was game changing! I would definitely stay again! No need to contact management. Everything was clean and in gray working order. There was plenty of toilet paper and paper towel for a long weekend stay.

This is more of an FYI for the owner, not meant to be a complaint. When we first arrived, we instantly noticed a horrible smell as soon as we opened the door. We could tell it was gas. After going to investigate, we noticed one of the knobs on the gas stove was left on. It seemed that maybe someone noticed the smell prior because the bathroom door next to kitchen was open with fan left on. It took several hours for the gas smell to go away. Also, the condo door was not locked when we arrived. Again, not a negative review for the condo or our stay, but thought someone should know.

The location is perfect. Just steps to downtown with many outstanding restaurants and lots of interesting shops. The water view is also a plus from both balconies. There are a few concerns with this property which can’t be overlooked. There was a lack of basic kitchen essentials from dish towels to eating utensils and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc). Also, there were not enough towels, washcloths, bath mats for the two bathrooms. No soaps, lotions or shampoo. The front door was a hazard as the closer is improperly installed which causes it to slam shut and not completely open. This made it difficult to go in and out especially with luggage. Finally, the furniture and carpets need to be deep cleaned as they were very dirty. The coffee and dining tables both had significant chips and dings.

Our family of 6 adults (3 couples) visited Traverse City for the weekend. With 3 bedrooms (each with a queen bed) and two full bathrooms this condo was very comfortable. We made use of the kitchen for breakfast and snacks. The living room was large enough for all of us to sit and socialize. The location was great. It is easy walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants and microbrews. It is a 10 minute drive from Mission Penninsula and wineries. Highly recommend.

End of summer family fling
We’ve stayed at these condos before, and they’re all pretty similar. What I loved about this one was 3 bedrooms. We celebrated our anniversary with our adult children and everyone had their own space. Location is prime if you want to walk to dinners, bars and even the West Bay. If you have kids, there’s a nice park right across the street. The place was clean and well equipped.

After being there for a day we noticed that the floors hadn't been swept or cleaned. (I did it). The bathtub drain was draining very slowly- we cleaned out the disgusting drain of hair, etc. The downstairs shower is very slippery and needs non-slip strips or something. Dusting hadn't been done on any of the lamps. The kitchen was nicely stocked for all cooking needs. The refrigerator water/ice didn't work but there were ice trays and filtered water in the refrigerator. Bath mats would have been nice. We wish it had a garage to store 5 bikes.

Location is great!
We lived the access to Front street and the Cherry Festival. The condo had everything we needed including blankets for the chilly Michigan weather, extra towels and patio chairs. We were not aware of the steep steps to climb to het into the unit. Luckily we are in great shape so this didn't matter too much. Unfortunately there is no railing as you go out of the unit and my 80 year old mom fell. She was fine as she just missed the bottom step but unfortunately fell face down, her wrist was swollen but not broken and the only issue she was worried about were her favorite pair of shoes glasses that were broken. We were grateful and honestly this was not her first fall. We had delightful neighbors and enjoyed the week!
