Summary:
This is a gem! Location, location oh my!! When visiting Traverse City, staying downtown is where it's at! We are just a quick turn around the corner to the heartbeat of TC...shopping, dining, theaters, nightlife and West Bay. Capri TC is expertly appointed. This is the perfectly calm oasis to relax and recharge after jumping in to all Traverse City has to offer.

The Space:
Capri 313 is a condo located right downtown Traverse City. There are four (small) flights of stairs to get up to the condo.

Washer and dryer plus a dishwasher

The Neighborhood:
Located in Downtown Traverse City just two blocks from Front street in Old Town Neighborhood.

Getting Around:
Easy to get around! You can walk to most of downtown, a BATA bus stop is on the corner, Uber, Lyft, and several Cab companies are available.

Interaction with Guests:
We love to be as involved with your stay as you'd like. Being longtime TC residents that live downtown, we love to share our favorite things about TC.

Absolutely loved staying here! Perfect location, was able to walk to a spot for dinner, and cooked the rest of the meals. Close enough to downtown that if it had been warmer, we could’ve walked there too. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and it was very clean. Definitely would stay again!

Wonderful Rental!
The clean, modern condo was exactly what we needed and wanted for our getaway in Traverse City! It walking distance to shops, restaurants and breweries and close driving distance to wineries and the water. My husband and I will definitely be booking this place the next time we visit Traverse City!

The condo is very very nice. The living room furniture is comfortable, well above average. Slept great in the King bed. Love the shower, bathroom great. Kitchen is wonderful. It had everything we need. The location is terrific, only a few blocks from Front street.

We have stayed at the Capri units before, and this one is very good. The location is conveniently located in walking distance from downtown. We had the best of both worlds, Traverse City and out Fall colors tour to the peninsulas and wineries. The place is very clean and well appointed, making for a pleasurable stay. Thank you!

We booked this for an early Valentine’s Day weekend but, little did I know, we would get engaged right before we arrived in Traverse City. This place was absolutely perfect and I would highly recommend renting this out for any type of trip.

Beautiful unit, plenty of space. Loved the balcony! In walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Parking was difficult due to lack of spaces. There’s a parking garage next door but it’s expensive.

The unit is compact, modern, and had everything we needed. Kitchen appliances and furnishings were great. It was very helpful having a washer/dryer. The king size bed was very comfortable. The unit is an 8 minute walk to Front Street with another 2 minutes to the water. We would definitely book again when visiting Travers City!

Property was exactly as described. I love it when that happens! ❤️ Super comfortable and clean. Very quiet and easy parking because it was winter and mid-week. Black-out blinds were excellent and very much appreciated. Thank you!

Very clean (bathroom was clean, bed sheets seemed fresh, organized living room) Easy check in process (email with instructions and codes, and check out expectations) Good amenities Felt we did some of the cleaning that we shouldn’t need to as a paying renter (wash the bedding, take out the trash, wash the towels, etc) Otherwise, no complaints. Absolutely lovely property
The condo was absolutely perfect and clean from the moment we walked in! The photos are surprisingly accurate to the scale of the place, and it was simple to check in and get ourselves settled. Communicating with the manager was a bit difficult before we arrived, but once we were there, we were able to get ahold of him quickly. The only issue we had (and this was out of control of the manager,) was that the garbage disposal was broken during our stay and the sink wouldn't drain. It clogs very easily, even if coffee grounds get in it, so that was a bit of a downer. Still, the manager was communicative, and was even able to get a plumber to unclog it in the middle of the week, though that was unfortunately only a temporary fix. Still, I'd highly recommend the property! The neighborhood is quiet, if a bit run-down, and it's only a 5 minute walk to the center of downtown TC, with shops and restaurants of all varieties!
