Adorable Modern 1-Bedroom Condo in Downtown Traverse City W/Parking

This is an adorable 1-bedroom condo in the brand new Capri development in downtown Traverse City, Michigan. This condo features a comfortable king size bed in the bedroom, and a pull out couch in the living room, for additional sleeping. The full kitchen includes microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster oven, dishwasher, and Keurig single cup coffee maker. A cute little hightop breakfast table gives you the perfect place to have a relaxed coffee in the morning before you hit the downtown. The condo also includes the convenience of an in-unit full size washer and dryer, so you can feel comfortable doing a load of laundry during your stay. Strong wireless and cable TV also come with the condo. The condo is walking distance to all downtown stores, restaurants, and bars. Two night minimum stay is required. No pets permitted.

We also can offer guaranteed parking. There is a small 18 space + 1 handicap spot lot behind the Capri condo buildings, which is super convenient. However, there are 48 condo units between the 3 Capri buildings that lot supports. In addition, we have a private parking spot to make sure your parking is assured. So during the premium tourism months in Traverse City, when there is nowhere to park, we’ve got you covered!

We take pride in being great hosts, and are happy to provide an amazing welcome packet to prepare you for your stay, which includes our recommendations of great places for food & drinks.

We’ve recently added two air de-ionizers to the condo, to help with providing a safe environment for our guests. That, along with our already high cleaning and sanitizing standards, shows our commitment to our guest safety and we’ll-being. This condo also has limited stairs, which is important, since the condo building approved for short term rentals in Traverse City mostly do not have elevators. This property was extremely clean and comfortable for a home base while exploring the area. Lots of shops and restaurants were within walking distance. It was a reasonable drive to Sleeping Bear Dunes and to Leland for a visit with friends. We would definitely stay again if returning to the area.

Perfect get away
We booked this last minute and it was perfect. Perfect location for walking to restaurants and shopping. Parking was pretty easy. The lot behind the building was small but the parking structure is right next door. The condo was perfect for me and my husband and it had everything you needed. Would highly recommend.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable, there were plenty of towels and I really appreciated the natural soaps and shampoos. Most importantly the location was perfect. You could walk to the beach, restaurants, and Front St. We were able to park in the building lot, but appreciated that the parking pass was available if needed.

Quick Trip to Traverse City
Spent four nights in Traverse City with the family that happened to coincide with the National Cherry Festival. Location was close enough to downtown but far enough from the festival. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Had a great time.

We enjoy being close to downtown TC and the Capri condos are a great place to stay. Very clean and well maintained condo. The going rate is a bit high yet well worth it. During this stay, the owner/management responded immediately to a small maintenance issue with our shower, impressed!

Nice Condo in a Great Location
This condo was clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. Access to the parking garage was a plus since it kept our vehicle out of the snow. Sean was very responsive and provided detailed check-in instructions along with other helpful info. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Fun Weekend in Traverse City
We loved our stay in this condo. The location is great and the condo itself can't be beat. It was clean and well decorated. We loved the kind sized bed and the fully stocked kitchen. The owners were easy to communicate with and checking in and out was easy. Hopefully we will be back in the future!

Clean comfortable and quiet are the most important for my wife and me when we travel. This property was all of these in spades. Not a place to hang out for a quiet afternoon. But excellent as a home base while you explore the beautiful traverse city area.

Very clean, nice decor and great location. Perfect for a couple. Disappointed that it is a basement apartment with no direct access to the outside. Could use some kitchen equipment (serving bowls, food storage, etc.) but overall well-supplied.
