BACK ON THE MARKET AFTER NEW ZONING CHANGE!!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This unit is part of a 16 unit complex. Located in a very quiet country setting only 10 mins to downtown Traverse City. It is a short 1/4 mile walk on a wooded path to Twin Lakes which has a public park, bathroom, and swimming access. It also has covered picnic area. This unit has been tastefully decorated and comes with a complete kitchen. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.
The space
This is a one bedroom apartment which is part of a small 16 unit complex. This apartment is located in the last building which is dedicated to vacation renters. New furniture throughout and a laundry facility in the common area.
Guest access
Common door entry leads to 5 stairs headed down. Laundry room is 1st door on the right which is also common area. The apartment is located at the bottom of stairs. It walks out to a patio and yard. Countryside views and firepit are common area also.
