Extremely comfortable semi-detached house, completely renovated in spring 2022, just 100 m from the fine sandy beach. Your home is located on a 200 m² natural plot of land directly in the dune belt on a traffic-calmed private road directly in the coastal forest. Due to the new, modern and very tasteful furnishings, you can spend a really great holiday here. The new fitted kitchen has everything you need to prepare a great meal. Relax on the large terrace, which is not visible from the outside due to its location. The two newly equipped bathrooms are particularly worth mentioning. New showers and of course newly tiled - a great feel-good factor has been created here for the guests. In the traffic-calmed zone, children can also go to the beach without fear and get an ice cream on the way there. The beach house with its two halves is perfect for families of friends (2nd half of the house: DOS08003). Trassenheide has a direct connection to the cycling and hiking network on the island of Usedom. The fine, white sandy beach has a gently sloping and groyne-free shore zone, so that even younger guests can safely look for shells and splash around in the water. Families with children especially feel at home here. Highlights included: WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS Sauna for sole use 1 free parking space Activities nearby: Spend a day on board a 45 meter long traditional sailing boat. The “White Dune” is more than 100 years old and is native to the Achterwasser, the Stettiner Lagoon and the Greifswald Bodden. The day and evening trips take you past the charming coast of Usedom. Enjoy the fresh sea air and the Usedom sun on deck. The regular landing ports are in Neppermin, Karlshagen, Wolgast and Zinnowitz.

Tolles Haus
Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist Klasse, alles.swhr hochwertig und gepflegt. Die Nähe zum Strand ist absolut spitze, gerade für Familien mit Kindern. Trotz der Nähe zu Restaurants etc. ist es sehr ruhig.

Wir waren das zweite Jahr im Haus, 2022 und 2023. Hat gepasst, schönes Objekt innen, Außenbereich könnte etwas besser gestaltet werden. Man sieht noch die Baureste. Etwas Rassen anlegen wäre schon schöner. Im Haus ist die grobe Reinigung zu sehen, doch unter ein Bett sollte man nicht schauen. Zusammengefasst hat es uns bei den letzten beiden Aufenthalts sehr gefallen

Unterkunft ist super. Die Verbindung zu den Verwaltern ist sehr schlecht, da keine Telefonverbindung

Viel Spaß und ein schöner Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus hat eine wunderschöne Lage, nur ca. 200 m vom Strand entfernt. Die Räumlichkeiten sind zweckmäßig aufgeteilt und hübsch eingerichtet. Was wir allerdings vermisst haben, sind: - Geschirrtücher - Lappen an der Spüle - Geschirrspültaps - ausreichend Toilettenpapier - Badvorleger an der Dusche/Waschbecken - teils auch die Sauberkeit Wir wussten zwar, dass wir die Bettwäsche und Handtücher bezahlen oder als Selbstversorger mitbringen mussten, finden dies aber bei dem Preis nicht angemessen. Achtung! Die Kosten für Wasser und Strom werden extra berechnet. Wir hatten trotzdem viel Spaß und einen schönen Urlaub.

Schönes, sauberes und gut gelegenes Feriendomizil am Strandaufgang in Trassenheide. Wir waren von der Raumaufteilung und dem Platz in dieser Ferienwohnung begeistert !
