I don't think the hotel was ever full during my stay, but certainly no issues with hot water, it was always plentiful and immediately available when running the taps. "We stayed for 6 nights February 2024. Location is nice and secure. The room was very well stocked with laundry (washing machine is in your own apartment) and kitchen supplies (including an electric water kettle). Apartment was very nice and spacious and the bedroom was cool upstairs with circular stairs. One oddity, the shower is small and does not have a curtain/door behind you so water can get all over. Will definitely come back."
