The accommodation itself was very tidy when we arrived, and the easy check-in process made for a smooth start of our holiday. "Arrivée en famille devant l'établissement à 20h30, personne de présent à l'accueil, nous avons du appeler l'hôtel pour que quelqu'un vienne enfin nous ouvrir après 15min d'attente, et pour finalement nous annoncer qu'il y a un doublon sur notre studio et que nous serons donc relogé en chambre sans kitchenette et donc dans l'impossibilité de faire manger la famille. Aucune compensation ou dédommagement nous a était proposé. Nous sommes fortement déçu par cette prestation. "
