The spacious front yard is filled with the aromas of plants, herbs and trees and overlooks the church of Saint George which was built in 1886. In the back outdoor yard you will be welcomed by our century-old olive trees and the traditional wood-fired oven in which grandma Eftychia baked her breads . You will also find a table and chairs to sit and enjoy both your food and the peace and quiet of nature. In our little storeroom you will find a barbecue so you can grill and enjoy our traditional Cypriot cooking.

Other things to note
During your stay at our house, you must visit the unique Cypriot Railway Museum located in the village. In addition, discover the rich religious history of our village that is reflected in every corner through the ancient temples and churches that are preserved today.
Saint Kyriakos, who is celebrated every year on May 24th, is the patron of the parish of Evrychou. In his honour, one of the most important medieval churches of Cyprus was built in the 15th century on the north side of the village. North of the church is a chapel in which the holy tomb of the Saint is located in a built crypt. The temple was elaborately decorated with rich frescoes which were later covered with lime. However, few frescoes survive and are visible today.
Evrychou is located in the centre of Cyprus, 56 km from Nicosia and 56 km from Limassol.
Nine minutes away you will find the largest village in the area, the iconic Kakopetria, with its preserved old neighbourhoods, bars, restaurants, shops and cafes.
Troodos Square and Mount Olympus, the island's highest peak, are ideal destinations just twenty-five minutes away, where you can enjoy the dense forest with picnic areas and have fun on the ski tracks during the winter.
