"The room was great other than it was on a loud, busy street. Unfortunately, I only learned when I was to meet the host that I was not staying at the location shown on my booking confirmation. The communication of where my actual room was was difficult as 2 of my 3 translation apps described it as an office/place of business so it was difficult to recognize where I was supposed to be. Also, compared to the several other B&Bs that the friends I was traveling with stayed, my hosts did not provide any information or recommendations for the local area. It was a great room (much like a proper hotel room) in a great area (other than street noise), but no real host communication. "

"Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous town. Our stay was very relaxing. The rooms were so nice. Beautifully decorated, best port view, robes… Everything is walkable which adds to the convenience. The hotel and the town are quite charming. There was a wedding reception at the hotel our second evening, no notice. So they closed the restaurant. Loud music starting right at 11pm til past 2am. A voucher for a nearby restaurant would have been a nice gesture in lieu of the inconvenience and the loud music ."

"Be aware the there is no lift if you need one. Apartment is in a grand Palazzo with a shared common area and a balcony, great facilities and easy check in by a neighbour. Apartment is in a ZTL zone so if you have a car be aware when it is active. We were able to part for free on a side street about 5 minutes away."

"Let me start by saying this hotel is a beautiful hidden gem. The staff were extremely attentive, kind, and very thoughtful. We were leaving before 7 AM in the morning and that evening they brought breakfast for us knowing that we would miss breakfast. The room was extremely clean. They have beautiful terrace with a pool lemon trees growing around the rooms. It was a very authentic Italian experience. However, you do have to ask if they will be having private functions as this hotel is used for private functions quite a bit, there was an anniversary function when we went, but that didn’t affect our stay at all. The main doors to the restaurant were shut so we couldn’t hear the music playing."
