There is no elevator but I was so impressed with how the very kind staff carried my bags upstairs and helped me figure out how to order food from a local restaurant. "When I take the night train to Trang I always stay at Thumrin because it is big enough to always have a room available for early check-in. Decor and furnishings a little long in the tooth but who cares at this price. Corner rooms have nice view but all the windows can challenge the air-con."
