"The castle is so beautiful. The scenery is breathtaking. The mattress are good but the bed frame needs to tighten up as it makes lots of noise. The restaurant staff is very helpful and friendly but the food isn’t good."

"I loved the proximity to downtown Guanajuato, only downside to it, is that there is no parking, however, parking lot was fairly close, about a five minute walk. Staff was great and the room was very clean and comfortable."
