"The property was very clean and accommodating. We booked for two queen beds for both nights and did pre pay for the stay, but we did get in quite late (4 AM) only to find they rented our room, but they did give us a rollaway cot and we made it work, then on the 2nd night they did put us in a 2 queen room, as we had 2 additional guest, so it was needed Staff was very friendly and helpful It was my fault for not calling to say we were still coming, just a lot later than we thought "

"Stayed there for for Royal Rumble Weekend. It took 3 tries to get out keycards to work, but the maintenance worker came quickly. It surprised us that escalators we're not functioning properly (some were, some weren't)... they also didnt have clearly blocked off areas for the side event, so had event security get on us when we walked through an open area, that had zero signage it was a no go zone. "We got to the hotel at night and parking wasn’t super clear, especially since Valet for the place next door was right there by the entrance of the parking. A lot of events were happening and the parking had a sign that the structure was full. We turn anyway and asked when we got up there and they were reserving spots for actual guest of the hotel.
