"Average hotel. Seems to be poorly managed. At check-in, we ask for 2 keys and we were told we could only get one. At check-out we were asked where the second key was. Breakfasts items are not replenished and were mostly empty when we were there. Elevator broke down and when fixed, there was no light inside it. There are bedside lamps so at night half of the room was dark. When we came into the room at first, locker was broken and needed to be reset. Just a very dysfunctional hotel."

"Very nice hotel, we stayed in specious apartment overlooking the black see and mountain. the breakfast is tasty and has variety of traditional Turkish food, usually offered for breakfast, the location is the best think in this hotel, in the heart of the shopping area of Trabzon City. The staff speak English well and they were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for every budy. "

"My room was spacious and faced the street. My bed was comfortable, I had plenty of hot water for showers, and the buffet breakfast consisted of several and delicious Turkish dishes. The hotel is also a short walk to the beach."
