"We’ve arrived late night on 01.10.2024 with wife and baby after a terrible flight and a long journey from Alania, to stay till the morning on the way back home to Georgia. I’d like to make a small feedback according to the staff of that hotel, specially to Araya (if I’m not mistake 😫 cuz 24 hours without a sleep might make me remember names not so well) anyway I’m talking about the girl receptionist who helped us all day long with a lagguage, breakfast, city places, she even ordered a taxi for us a couple of times because we don’t have a local sim-card and didn’t even know how to do it without an application. She answered all my questions about the city, exchange, shopping and all others, thanks God u worked that day, cuz I don’t know what we could do without u, you’re the best ❤️ I would like to express my deep gratitude to the employee of your hotel and draw the attention of senior managers to the exemplary and excellent work of the administrator. With such an approach to the work of your employees, your hotel will obviously be popular with tourists and locals. I wish you good luck and prosperity in business! Hope to see u soon 👍"

"Bonito Hotel en la zona de Pelitli en Trabzon. Está a menos de cinco de minutos en coche del aeropuerto. Quiero agradecer al Encargado del Hotel Mehmet por su amabilidad, sin olvidar a Sivel en Recepción seguramente triunfará profesionalmente en el futuro. También agradecer al equipo de Alimentos y bebidas ( semi, Kaan, Bayrakdar) y a los Chef de Cocina 😊 Espero que la calidad siga de buena a largo plazo. Para llegar al centro de la ciudad Meydan de trabzon necesitas en Taxi como 15 minutos (10km) a unos 9-10 Dólares en Agosto de 2024. Mucha suerte."

"The hotel is located within a college-campus. We booked an ocean-view room, when we checked in, there was some festival going on, and the room wasn't sound-proof. We asked for a different room, and they moved us to a regular room without even an apology, they're like the festival will be done in 2, 3 hours! The mattress was very uncomfortable. The day was hot and when the AC didn't work, we called and they told us AC is centrally controlled and is not started until beginning of June. We opened the windows to get some air, and mosquitoes came in. Overall, horrible experience."
