"From the start the service was exceptional, we turned up at 5am after our bus was really delayed and the night security was very welcoming and helped us to our rooms. All of the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to help us, booking transfers and tours etc. Small hotel - felt like a home away from home. "1st time in Vietnam, Large 2 bedroom villa also great for our 4 people. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful, varying degrees of english comprehension which wasn't that much of a negative & was more than compensated by their fantastic customer service, nothing was a problem. They would help organise day trips, tell you which shopping malls were best & got the right Grab at the right price. Beautiful villa and clean beach. "Het is een prima hotel voor een paar dagen. De kamers zijn groot genoeg. Sommigen met balkon, uitkijkend over de rivier. Badkamer netjes en goed uitgerust. Koelkastje met (betaalde) minibar. Wel 2 flesjes gratis water per dag. De ligging is rustig en ook niet al te ver van het strand, te voet of met de gratis leenfietsen. Op fietsafstand zijn wat restaurants en winkeltjes. Fijn zwembad met lekkere ligstoelen. Prachtig uitzicht. Er zijn ook wat negatieve puntjes. Het ontbijt is karig te noemen....
