This delightful space is bursting with leadlight windows and polished floorboards, allowing for an abundance of natural light and a tropical feel. Wander the expansive garden bursting with palms and foliage, providing you with a laid back, tropical holiday experience.

Set minutes from Palmer Street, you will enjoy some of Townsville’s best Restaurants. Just another minute away you have access to the city and The Strand. Once on The Strand you walk all the way to Pallarenda Beach at one end and the Marina at the other, taking in views of magnetic island as you wander. It will not matter where you decide to go, this tropical oasis on Perkins puts you close to the action with the best bars, restaurants, café’s, specialty shops and a Coles supermarket, all just minutes away. In fact, you can walk to Palmer Street in five minutes and the city in ten minutes.

Within the cottage you will experience a luxe feel while enjoying the feel of a traditional miner’s cottage. There is a beautiful modern kitchen, so if you enjoy cooking, you will want to experience cooking in this kitchen. There is a beautifully appointed bathroom featuring double basins and luxe shower head. You will enjoy an open plan living and dining space and choose from the large outdoor front deck or a rear entertaining area to relax in. Choose from two bedrooms, one featuring a queen bed and the other a double and both have wall televisions if you decide on an early night and a movie in bed.

The other truly distinctive feature of this experience is the rear studio retreat set among the palms. It features a kitchenette and bathroom and its own queen size bedroom. It is the ideal space if you are travelling with friends and want the privacy of separate residences.
