Your stay includes access to a plethora of onsite amenities, ensuring every moment is as relaxing as can be. Take a dip in the inviting indoor pool or bask in the sunshine by the outdoor pool, each accompanied by its own soothing hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking or sightseeing. Other amenities include a playground, gazebo, walking trails, seating areas, and walking trails throughout the property.

Please note that early check-in/late check-out is not guaranteed. We will do our best to clean and sanitize the unit quickly if you desire an early check-in. Extra charges apply for early check-in and late check-outs.

We kindly request all guests to complete a digital registration prior to arrival to ensure compliance with our policies. This will be sent after booking confirmation.

We have exciting Renovations Underway! Our property is currently undergoing renovations in some buildings, which may result in occasional noise. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we enhance our facilities.

Please be advised that we are temporarily suspending our tidy service. However, please rest assured that additional amenities and clean lines are available upon request. Also, the pool heater is sometimes down due to preventive maintenance.

Please be informed that a security deposit of $25 per night will be collected upon check-in. This amount will be held on your card temporarily for incidentals during your stay and will be returned after 5-7 business days.

Our charming lodge spans two stories and, in keeping with its rustic design, does not feature elevators. We kindly ask our guests to take this into consideration when planning their stay. We believe the intimate layout adds to the cozy and authentic mountain lodge experience. Should you need any assistance with your luggage or have special requests, our friendly staff is always here to help.

Additional rules
GENERAL:
Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM. Excessive noise that disturbs others' stay may be grounds to terminate the booking.

PETS:
We have specific pet-friendly rooms that would be able to accommodate you and your fur baby. Also, please let us know how many pets will be staying in the unit.

1. At the time of booking, you must make us aware of any pet(s) that will be staying in the unit. Failure to disclose the presence of pets will result in a fine.
2. Non-dangerous/non-aggressive pets are welcome to join you for your stay.
3. We have a maximum of two pets per unit.
4. All pets must be kept on a leash at all times on the property until inside the unit with you.
5. You must clean up and dispose of your pet's waste.
6. Pets are not permitted on furniture.
7. Pets can be left unattended in the unit, as long as they are inside a kennel and cannot bark.
8. An extra $25 will be applied towards the cleaning fee for your stay and be requested through the app.

SMOKING:
Smoking in the unit will result in a $250 fine and a cancellation of your stay, without a refund, for causing smoke damage and an extremely hard and costly smell to remove.

We feel that transparency is very important and want to give you an accurate picture of your stay. Either way, we are here to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so if there is anything we can do during your stay, just let us know.

The new owner's are in the process of renovating so the grounds will be even more beautiful once completed with more amenities The room itself could use a little update and be more personalized with some artwork mirrors updated furniture and patio furniture

Great place to stay
We had a great experience at Tremont Lodge! Everyone was very friendly. They are doing renovations, but you couldn’t tell it other than seeing some of the materials. Bed was very comfortable. We are planning to stay here again.

We stayed for one night. Room was clean, except for the windows, blinds, and glass doors. Patio needs cleaned. Outside areas are nice, but need cleaned, too. We loved the pools and hot tub.. The bed was very comfortable and everything worked in our room. All staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The price was right, too. We are curious to see what it looks like when they are finished with the renovations so we would be willing to stay again.

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities and Ongoing Improvements
The amenities were fantastic, particularly the indoor heated pool and hot tub, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The beautiful stone waterfall added a serene touch, and the landscaping, along with the gazebo, created a peaceful and picturesque environment. Although the outdoor pool was a bit too cold for swimming during our May visit, it was still beautiful to look at. The property is currently under new management and undergoing many renovations and upgrades. It's exciting to see the progress, and we can't wait to come back and see all the changes in the future.The property was very clean, though it was evident that it had been neglected for some time and is now in the process of being revitalized. Our room was conveniently located right off the indoor pool, which we found very pleasant. However, the room could use some improvements, particularly in terms of lighting. It lacked adequate ceiling lighting, making the layout feel quite dim. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was in the bedroom and did not effectively cool the living room area.Despite these minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay, especially the patio off the bedroom, which was a lovely spot to relax. Overall, the tranquility of the location, coupled with the excellent amenities and ongoing improvements, makes this property a great choice. We look forward to returning and seeing all the new developments. We also highly recommend eating at the Abbey. It has a very peaceful location next to a river.
