The living room has comfortable couches and chairs for lounging, as well as big sturdy pillows for relaxing on the floor. We have a Smart TV for streaming that you can log into all of your apps to watch your favorite shows. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, and for dining together. It has basics such as coffee, sugar, creamers, flour, oil, a few snacks, and a Brita water pitcher. The laundry room has a washer and dryer and supplies. There are beach towels in the laundry room for your convenience. The master bedroom is on the main floor and has a queen bed. and closet. There is one bathroom on the main floor that has a tub and shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms side by side. One has a queen bed and the other has a full bed and a bunk bed set. Off of this room there is a bonus room that we have put children's toys, a glider rocker, pack-n-play, table, and lamp! The kids can play, you can rock your child, or you can relax in a quiet place and read a book. In the hallway outside the bedrooms is a large double closet to serve both rooms. If you want to work at a desk there are two options! One is at the desk in the bedroom upstairs with the queen bed, and the other is downstairs at a desk nook under the stairs next to the dining room table. Work at your laptop or have a good place to read and write.
You will have the whole house to yourself! The basement is off limits and has a baby gate blocking the steps that are by the back door. Please do not enter the basement unless there is an emergency. The garage and shed are also not available to guests. You do have access to a large front and back yard for the kids to run and play. The yards are not fenced in. There is a patio in the backyard with a grill, table, chairs, firepit, and chairs.
