"Cannot speak highly enough about this place or the host; both are excellent. The house is fabulous and the grounds perfect; a hugely characterful old stone house subtly furnished with a mix of old and new but equipped with all you need for a home from home. I have to mention the showers; they were brilliant. Add to that a beautiful garden with sun and shade, a gorgeous, safe pool and a games room. It ticked all the boxes for us. "We had the most wonderful holiday at this lovely farmhouse. with a special bonus of the generosity and care of the lovely couple who owned the property. We were welcomed by Maricarmen who proceded to show us round the house with beautiful linen on the beds and perfectly ironed spare bedlinen in the wardrobes as we were staying for two weeks. next we were introduced to the chickens in the corner of the garden who produced organic eggs for us and ample veg. & fruit in the garden. it was lovely and...

"Great little cottage in the countryside. Good location to visit the local area and beyond. Surrounded by farmland, it's not always so peaceful but didn't bother us at all. Clean and comfortable. Tony was very helpful and on site if needed. Slightly short on glasses/tumblers but as there were only 2 of us, we managed! Places to visit are the monastry at Sobrado, The beach of Cathedrals, Finisterra, A Coruña and of course Santiago de Compastala. Avoid Lugo. Big disappointment."

"The home was beautiful and confortable. Fran was bery nice and brought his daughter to help with English. The only drawback was location. It was not convenient to Santiago because getting a taxi was hard. Taxis from Santiago woild not come to us and were not familiar with the address. Fran helped order a local taxi for us. It was easier once we had a car. If you are doing the Camino stay in Santiago downtown. If you want a peaceful country setting, this home is good."

"Hemos estado alojados durante 15 días del mes de agosto y hemos estado muy a gusto. ¡Esas comidas debajo de los castaños serán recordadas durante mucho tiempo!. La casa nos ha resultado muy cómoda para las 11 personas que hemos estado alojadas y hemos alternado días de disfrute de la misma y su piscina con otros en los que hemos podido disfrutar del entorno cercano donde hay verdaderas maravillas que disfrutar (Sobrado dos Monxes, Casa do Batán, Fervenza das Hortas).
